AL Architecture & Design is a small independent Architectural practice based on the outskirts of Winchester, focusing on Extensions, Renovations & One-off Housing. A full measured building survey enables us to create accurate floor plans, elevations and even 3D models of your existing home & providing a solid basis for any alterations you might be looking to make.

Design

From sketch design to 3D modelling & material exploration, our Design Service is a great starting point for exploring the potential of your home, and the backbone of any Architectural process.

Planning/Permitted Development Submissions

Preparing & submitting the application on your behalf, we aim to liaise with the local authority throughout, working proactively with the council in order to give your project the best chance of success.

Building Control Drawings/Technical Design

In addition to obtaining Planning Permission, all building projects should be carried out in line with current Building Regulations, ensuring that your home is safe, comfortable & energy efficient.

Specification & Detailed Drawings

By setting out in detail what your requirements are from the start, you can enter into your build project with more cost certainty and less likelihood of encountering those tricky extras on site.
